i use image shack.  That is what someone suggested when I asked my first time on here.  It gives your the links afer you have uploaded your pics to the site. https://imageshack.us/

Try uploading your picture to a free hosting site like <a href="http://www.photobucket.com">PhotoBucket</a> and then linking the URL of the picture from there.

I have already found where you would change it, but how do you change it?? for example with a picture that is downloaded onto my computer?

ok..im another newbie to the boards, and i just have to ask this..how do you change your avatar on here? ive looked and looked and just cant figure it out.....
