Maxine, if you are using windows firewall, to turn it off, go to control panel, look for windows firewall, click on that, then you can turn it off that way,   hope this helps

I have nortons firewall...so I just click on it and disable it...it depends on what you have aol, msn, and most browsers have one build in.  Which browser do you use? LOL if I don't know it, this may be a question for Homer or Mayhem...I am not the best at this but am willing to help ya

This has happened to me..and I found that turning off my firewall and popup blockers do the trick...hope that helps you

        i want to buy some autos but when i hit add to cart i get ..page cannot be displayed.
        get this message with everything ..never had the problem before...been trying to give a
        gift on pogo for premium badges ..but get the same message..been two days now.
            ...i even get it when i want to see my account information on pogo
                    can you help me..ty...i have cleared my cache also...using ie
