Do this....

With both the game and auto open hold the Shift Key and hit the Prt Scrn button.

Go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint

This will open the Paint program. When it is open click on Edit>Paste

The image will now be in the Paint program.

Click File>Save and name the file then click Save. It's easiest to save it to your desktop.

Once you have saved the image open an email to joe@badgehlp and insert the image as an attachment and give joe a brief description of what your problem seems to be. Then send the email.

ok how do i do a screen shot and what addy do i send it to it plays but keep repesting the right side down the to horseshoe then back down like it is doing the puzzel pieces but not moving them over to the right side down corner tyia

which one does jgsaw do better xp style are classic style mind stall and i have the right setting

Try switching to I.E. instead of Firefox. If that doesn't do it then try switching to MSVM instead of Sun. This is one game where it's almost better to have MSVM because it's choppier and a little slower with the animations so it seems to help.

Hi, I have a Problem with Jigsaw detector

    1.) Win XP Pro
    2.) Firefox
    3.) 32 Bit
    4.) 1024x768
    5.) unchecked
    6.) Sun
    7.) Jigsaw Detector
    8.) 6.3
    9.) It won't run too good on fast mode, so then I put it on meduim, however that's not the problem, after it finishes a puzzle, it just sits there at the case progress.

What should I do?  Thanks
