Homer,  I have tried VM and it is worse than before still puts sides in bottom right corner then the tray comes down and it takes about half a dozen pieces then wants to restart to a new game. It is better with Java Sun but just still has a little glitch. Please tell me what you need so i can rectify this prob. Thanks Jean

Try switching java to VM. If that deosn't work you'll have to send a screenshot to badgehelp.

I hope you can help with Sherlock I have nearly got it working but its still takes all the pieces to the bottom right hand corner, then  it processes the pieces and does a tally on the top and sides then its says it found solution and it stops dead in its track. It will not do anything else, can you please advise what may be the problem. I have also uninstalled sherlock and reinstalled and used to eraser to clear out all temp files.

My stats are:

1.   WINDOWS XP
2.   Internet Explorer
3.   32 bit color
4.   1024x768 resolution
5.   Smooth edges UNCHECKED
6.   Sun Java
7.   works fine until it comes to put the pieces together  (:
