Change your color setting to either 24 or 32 bit color.  :)

1.) Operating system  Windows ME
     2.) Browser  Internet Explorer     
     3.) Color setting  16 bit
     4.) Screen resolution  1024x768
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?  tried both
     6.) What Java you are using?  Sun
     7.) What agent are you using?  bumble Jumble 1.7 and Tide Rider 1.3
     9.) What specifically is the problem? Well lets see They don't work! I cant get them to read the game it always says The Agent is unable to find the game window.


    I know I cant be doing to much wrong I even tried it on my XP same issues
