the agent is the program you are running and what version is it. try changing screen to 1024x768 and right click desktop and click properties then apperence then effects and make sure first 2 boxes are unchecked and color change to 32 bit

 :'(  I have been having problems with the programs, seems every time i try to use one it will get to the screen but then won't recognize that i am in a game, and wont run.  am expierencing it right now with the first class solitaire game.  its running..the game i running but the program says "waiting" can anyone give me some ideas???
