I started making this after I fell in love with Famous Dave's BBQ brisket.

Get yourself some beef flank steak, as big as you want but I normally get about 3-4 pounds from the meat counter. You want the flank that is long and flat.

Heat the oven to about 350.

Brown the flank in a skillet, just long enough so it's nice and brown.

Put it in a lined roaster pan and pour a cup (or to taste) of BBQ sauce and spread over the flank.

Bake for an hour. Check on it periodically since thinner flank can cook faster.

Serve with some potato salad, corn on the cob, and beer :)
