I don't think that is necessary. Most people here are using the ImageShack or PhotoBucket service.

Its just for posts .. How about including it in the profile options page (I did not see any option to upload your own pic there.. Just select a default one which had no pics available and specify an existing one stored on a remote website...) It will be easier to find for some users instead of searching for that function in the reply/make new topic pages ;)

How about making an option where users can upload their forum display pics on the pogocheats server or some other file sharing service that can host them? Just a suggestion ;)
