My guess is...if it used to work perfectly and now it doesn't...It is more likely that Pogo changed something, not that the helper has "gone bad".  Just a guess though...

I am having a problem with Sherlock also....1.5 worked fine last month...now when I run it it says Bad Identity!

puter specs     windows xp   1024x768  smooth edges unchecked  msvm jit and also have sun  32 bit color just upgraded puter to 2gbs  tryied both javas does same thing on both  :'(

just the way pc says for them to be it work great for months now it won`t  :'( used sun java and still nothing  :'(

sherlock was working great for months now 1.5 does`nt work downloaded 1.6 and it don`t work either keeps sayin bad read etc  help new badge is out :'(
