I lived in Turkey for a year. Unfortunatly that was 30 years ago. The only word I recognize is the 3rd word in the 4th line down "bir"   it means one. I quite sure that won't be of much help

being honest, there is  a free transulater  u can d/load cant think name of it or where i got it from , i dont have it anymore , all u did was paste words into one panel and chose  trans from turkey to english  in bottom panel , both panels had pull down tabs to pick a langauge .

do a google search  for one
