yes, at least I did, when I had to reload windows, on my computer. I know that isn't what you want to hear, but that has been my experience anyway.

in the next couple of days i will be installing windows xp pro over windows xp home but i was wondering will i lose all the stuff thats on my pc like autos and av and firewalls  :'( ;::
