This is an awesome pie that kinda tastes like an apple strawberry pie.  It is kinda sweet though.

1 1/2 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups strawberries (crushed) or about 3 cups non crushed
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
pie crust...I buy either the pillsbury or store brand ready crusts

If you have a blender then mix strawberries, sugar, and flour together and blend.  If you don't have a blender then either use a potato masher or your hands to crush the strawberries first, then add sugar and flour and mix.  Add rhubarb and mix well.  I usually make about 2 to 3 recipes per pie.  BTW...1 lb of rhubarb gives you about 6 cups and a pint of strawberries yields about 3 cups.   Put mix in pie crust and cover with a top layer.  Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown and bubbling.
