you can try deleting all cookies and temp internet files then starting ie that usually help the pages update

OK, now to answer your question...I have been having alot of troble with the new homepage of Pogo also, just like alot of my friends. There is a message in Pogo's Community News section about all the glitches with the new homepage.  I suggest you keep trying and when it won't load reboot your computer.  That worked for me.
