I can't speak for them but I assume it will take more than 7 days to figure out exactly what is going on and if the problem is on their end. I haven't experienced a single problem with this auto and based on the comments in this thread, you're the only one this is happening to. So they will probably contact you to figure out your computer specs, find out if you're running anything in the background to try and recreate the problem since it honestly sounds like it's something on your end...

...But I could be wrong.

I don't know. I would recommend emailing BadgeHelp directly since this isn't their forum and they don't check it looking to see questions like yours.

Yes i had  3.5  it worked fine on easy..

Upgraded so i could use the free space  and play on Med and get the prem badge
