That is one of the autos that the password changes each time you open and close it until you get it completely registered.
When you send for your password you will have to keep the auto open till you get the code back from Badge Help. When you get it back put in the code and it will register.

I bought pop phooey yesterday.  My "free time" has expired.  Bought it,  paid for it.  When I try to "register I get the same mesage, "Sorry that key is not valid....".  Was fine when I was using it "free".  I can't get registered!  I asked for support and "support" keeps giving me my password.  Is something wrong with the game.  Am I doing something wrong?
