goatballs the only site that has bb9 is wordzW   at http://www.wordzw.com   email them from the site with the new registration code for bb9 and your registration proof for bb7  they will help you get straightened out.. I just did 4 updates with no problem there they were great and quick to reply.. Hope this helps..   Also you might want to keep a list of what you ordered from whom..

well i was asking because I tried him and he said "I don't sell or carry bb9" so I don't know who else to e-mail.  I had e-mailed him long ago for bb7 codes but...  :-\  any help anyone? (come on homer, save the day ;) )

I think they will because I bought mine for my Desk top and I sent the codes and they allowed me to install  a couple on my laptop  and when I have restored they were very prompt and very helpful.... I think this crew is awesome.

If you buy a new computer i think that you are gonna have to pay for the programs again because, those codes were for THAT computer and i don't think you can switch computers , sorry  :-\.

You will have to show proof of purchase of your auto's and send that proof to PogoPal or whoever you bought it from.  Proof would be receipts from paypal.

i had to do a system restore on my computer not to long ago and it wiped out my registration codes. i just sent pogopal an email explaining what happened and gave them my codes and they emailed the registration codes back to me. :D ithey are so helpful....thanks guys
