Whatever your problem with your pc was must have affected the program and caused the shareware to run out. There is no way to reset the trial period.

I downloaded one of your programs for the first time and then had to delete it because of a prob with my computer.  I redownloaded it and when I tried to use it the message said my trial had expired.  I haven't even used it yet..  What happened?
