With all the problems I had with the poopit auto this past 5 days, tonight I heard back and want me to do the same thing file search my C drive,delete the version I have and then get the new version and send them the new reg. code ehile leaving the window open.  Oh here is where I show my lack of knowledge of theis comp. lol going to have my sone help me, sad huh?

edit-it works! had no problems this time.

Normally the registration carries over. I've never had this problem myself but if you email the required info to BH they will help you.

I have read on a few threads that when you want to update to a new version...say to go from 1.1 to 1.3 or something, you should delete the files for the one you have, reboot, and then download the new version. This did not work for me...
