Just remember: She is going to jail because a federal investigator asked her a question and she did not answer truthfully. If a federal investigator ever asks you a question, tell him or her you would prefer to have your lawyer answer any questions he or she might have after seeing what they did to Martha.

I agree!!  Look if it was everyday joe they would have that person in prison for as long as they could under the federal law.  Just goes to show the more money you have the better you get treated in the legal system and that bites.  The judge sucks and so does martha whom I couldn't stand before and not detest.  The judge must read her magazine.  What a waste of tax payer money to send her to trial.  She got off with a slap on the wrist.  Shame on the justice system   getty

She isn't going to real prison anyways. They are sending her to minimum security facility.
