- September 12, 2006, 04:44:08 AMit really did affect everyone everywhere...living in miami when the whole thing was happening everyone here was holding their breath because we thought they were going after major cities...so they let us go home early because we were near the airport...so it really caused a commotion everywhere not just nyc...i was in the 10th grade at high school and i could tell ya what i was doing that morning too....and i can tell you everyone around me was just freakin out

So true, I still have a hard time dealing with the whole thing. I cant imagine anyone being able to forget this. :(
