Something on your pc is interfering with the performance of the auto. I can tell you it does work on mine. Any number of things can cause your program to not function properly. You may have to turn off any applications running in the background. It's hard to say because every pc is different.

Your not touching the mouse after starting are you? The slightest movement with your mouse will cause the program to malfunction.

You may be running it too fast. Slow down the auto.

it behaves the same at slow, fast or medium speeds....it doesnt identify many pieces in the TOP RIGHT CORNER (please note) AND THEN IT DOESNT GO AHEAD...KEEPS CLICKING IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER THEN DOWN THEN SIDE THEN AGAIN TOP RIGHT god knows lol...

Provide the answers to the following questions.

1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?

Clicking on the link below will give you the answers to questions  1,3,4 and 5.

The Jigsaw Auto JD 6.4 does the outer frame very fast and nicely...HOWEVER THE MAIN PROBLEM IS the inner pieces. This is what it does exactly for many of us:

It takes the pieces from the bag and puts them down in the bottom-right corner. After then it starts taking piece to adjust it in the top row of the individual frame. If they do not match, it puts them in the top-right corner and some in the bottom-left corner BUT IT IS NEVER ABLE TO PUT MORE THAN 1 OR 2 PIECES INSIDE THE PUZZLE, PARTLY BECAUSE MANY PIECES IT DOES NOT PICK UP FROM THE TOP-RIGHT CORNER. AND AFTER SOMETIME, IT KEEPS DOING THE SAME PROCESS WITH EMPTY CURSOR..NO PIECES(SINCE ALL OF THEM ARE IN THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER NOW)....DOES NOT MOVE AHEAD...LOOKS LIKE A MERRY-GO-ROUND-N-ROUND
Hence I feel the main problem is not picking up every piece from the top-right corner for solving the inner puzzle...
No matter even if all applications are closed, this auto behaves same in all explorers, all javas in many of the computers....So if you'll could consider that problem , it would be great? Thanks...

send a screenshot to badgehelp@aol.com and explain your problem... it works fine for me
