I just received an email similar to your problem. I just finished trying version 1.3 and it is working fine for me. You'll have to take a screen shot and submit it to badgehelp@aol.com so they can try and see what might be causing this problem.

i am using it to play poppitshow

1.) Operating system XP
     2.) Browser IE
     3.) Color setting 32bit
     4.) Screen resolution 1024x768
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts unchecked
     6.) What Java you are using? Sun
     7.) What agent are you using? Thunderpoppittogo
     8.) What version number is this agent? 1.3
     9.) What specifically is the problem? my friend bought this for me, anyway when i was using to trial version it worked fine, but after i regisrered it stopped, it finds the game and all but when  it solves the puzzle and says leaving behind so many balloons it just sits there and does nothing but look pretty
