I love the music!  I've watched the video several times just for the music.  If this is the same guy, there was a story about him last year and the huge set up he had in his garage to do that music and lights.  But he also ended up having to stop it due to traffic etc. 

Is it Siberian 'something something'? or ?  I knew at one time! lol
