yes I do agree, i won't use it anymore,  but lots of ppl still use it, the only bad thing about it is the huge amount of resources it uses, other than that, its still a good program

well yet another update to the ever so popular  ::) ICQ build.  ICQ really took a fall, still not really instant, still takes awhile for the messages to go through.  Full of adware, slows your computer down quite a bit.. ICQ use to be free of adware until AOL bought them out :(  some good things about it, well, it supports offline messaging, file transfers, SMS, Video Chat/Audio, fully customable, PC to PC calling.. Compared to the other IM's ICQ still be among one of the best ones out there.. Lets give them a 3.5/5....
