ok just got a laptop good god this is scarry lol for me this is moving way out of the stoneage since my desktop still has windows 98 on it but i am confused many around me have secure internet connections but the library is a block away and doesnt however i cannot pick up the signal  i get no bars on it how can i boost the signal on this laptop so i can connect to it when i went into settings it says it is optimized for maximum distance any suggestions? :"
