Thanks Homer. I thought of that and the code badge help sent did the same thing.  I will email them again and try another password and see if it works

You may have entered the wrong registration code. That would give you an invalid password.

Never had this problem so thought I would see if anyone else has had it. I am updating autos. The great people at badgehelp reset my 150 page. Okay. I got the code to register Trouncer and when I put in the code it says close and restart but also says not a valid code and resets itself to trial version at 100%. Since the odds are I am doing something really stupid I thought somone  could help figure out what it is  I am doing. Thanks everyone
