That's exactly what I do but nothing happens.  No Target appears on their screen in the game :(

You need to click on their screen. Usually you can do this before the game even starts. To switch to a different person, just click on the new one you want to target.

When I play Battle Phlinx, and am in room that allows targeting, I'm not able to target anyone.  I've written Pogo Help and never get a response.  Any ideas as to why this is happening? TIA
