I bought the first one that came out and you do not have to pay for the new on that just came out.  All you do is use it like you did the other one.  It works better than the 1st 2 out, but still the game is boring..... ;D.  Hope this helps you out.

I do not believe you do. I believe you can just delete your existing exe file and download the new one. It should remember your registration settings by itself...
