It's not Pogo that should pay out tokens.  We should all have a certain percent of our earned tokens taken out every week and it goes into a "lock box".  Then, based on how long your dragon has been retired, you get so much back from this "lock box".  Oh, and if your dragon should require medical attention, it should be free, paid for by the younger dragons.

Mine is 556 yrs old, but I think at 5000 yrs old he should be able to retire and collect lets say 1000 tokens be month and at 10,000 yrs old he should be able to collect 2500 tokens per month

Hmmm, I know ppl that dragons are over 450 yrs old and they're not collectin a thang.... lol
