Here is what you need to do exactly:

Delete any program you have, reboot your computer and download from http://badgehelp.com the new version. It should say version 5.0

Mine is doing the same thing.

Here are the specs
1.) Operating system (XP Home Service pack 2)
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer 6.0)
3.) Color setting (32 bit)
4.) Screen resolution (1024x768)
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts unchecked and tried checked as well
6.) What Java you are using? Version 1.5.0
7.) What agent are you using? Jongathon
8.) What version number is this agent? 4.9
9.) What specifically is the problem? After a few trys a pop up box comes up saying "Jongathong.Exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it twice but all with the same effect as before!

  Hello the new Jongathon is not working at all after a few trys it goes to microsoft era ,,, Please put the old one back for are option it worked great thanks
