Delete the program, reboot your pc and redownload

Yesterday my Matchmaker auto was working fine.  Today, it is giving me "Splash Form" and "Error 25" without even opening the program.  Any ideas?  Specs Below.

Sun Java
IE 6
Windows XP Pro
32 Bit Color
1024x768
Not sure about font smoothing...can't find the option.

*NOte Can't tell what version of Matchmaker it is as it will not load up at all.
