I just turned my page to landscape sideways and it printed it all fine.

When the printer menu comes up you should be able to scale it down to fit on 8 1/2x11 paper.

Is there a way to print your 150 page once you have all the codes?  I tried it, but seems to be to wide to print the second column.  Any ideas how to correct this??
