Delete the program reboot your pc and redownload

ok, got the program to unzip and install.  Now, the program opened work for about a minute and now it doesn't work at all.  I try running the program with and active game going and I get nothing.

I have been trying to use my new $150.00 package.  When I download them to the desktop and right click open to install it all I get is a peek at a little gray box that says in part Winzip..config to win..etc.  Does this mean the files are zipped and my unzip program is corrupt?  I tried to install a free winzip and am able to upzip other files but nothing from badge help. When I right click run it says file corrupt.  does this mean one of mine is??  I did however download the cheat for wonderland memories. Grrr I just don't know much about computers and their inners.  Any help would be appreciated
