Hey Homer, it seems to be working fine. It still doesn't complete about 20-30% of the games but even if you dont finish the game the spelled words count. You can not play it on fast because then it misses even more. But otherwise I am rank 48 and chugging to 50. Thank you so much for all of your help.. I greatly appreciate it.

Delete the program.
Reboot your pc.
Go to www.badgehelp.com and download again.
Install the files and try to run again.
If you still have trouble run try rebooting and running the program again.
