Try again. They will need the TSR to see what is going on.

still didn't help and I tried to submit my tsr but when i went into program files badgehelp, there was no file there, should i try it again?

Go into control panel> personalization>windows color and appearance and select windows classic

yes i am running vista, ok switched to classic view and it still doesn't help.

What is your OS  If you are using Vista make sure you are running in windows classic mode.

I am having problems with getting the auto to work. The message I get says..." The agent can not find the game window.  For best results, make sure swashbucks has completely loaded and the whole game window is clearly visible on your screen before clicking retry.  If a game is running and you still get this messafe after clicking retry, then please click options button and click troubleshooting help or you can visit badgehelp for more information." I have checked for updates and I have the latest version.  I have just submitted a TSR for further help as well. Thought I would post here for any additional help.
