1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box chopped dates
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 pound powdered sugar
Ritz Crackers

Cook milk and dates until thick.  Add pecans and spoon onto Ritz crackers.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Cool

Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until creamy.  Spoon on top of crackers.
