ty stinkerbell,  i would really like to  civilwar.gif the creator of vista. glad when i looked last month for a new lap top they still had xp was sweating that one. those vista's are alot more work then they are worth it seems

Also make sure she has administrator rights.  That seems to be an issue for some Vista users.

make sure you are saving it to the desktop and not clicking run

i did all that i cleaned out all her temp files and every thing and it just kept doing that over and over again

 %% i was at my mothers and trying to turn her into a pogo junkie, i was showing her the badge help site and went to download and sample an auto for her she has windows vista. when i did this it said access error 175 or 75 i am think it was more 75 i tried taking off her firewalls and all that and nothing seemed to work. i look on the net for a reason for this with no help there just a bunch of mumbo jumbo.
wondering if u have ever came across this with any one or any suggestions.
