sounds like a graphics issue more than a glitch.......

from time to time i have the game freeze, but a simple minimize of the window and then maximizing it does the trick for me

was playing agame of it this morning and i threw and ace of hearts and it stayed in my hand!!!! has anyone else had this problem or is it just me???
