Hi I remember when I first started out and no one could have been worse at coping codes than me!  I must say Badge Help gets them as soon as they can and they also help and the best help is here in the Forum.  Might I suggest you take some time and READ on most of the issues you have they have answers here you just have to READ as simple as that!  Or Ask!

Depends how many orders are before yours. It's usually pretty quick.
