OK guys i need help.  Some how I must have changed my Internet Explorer settings and can't figure out how to change it back.

Before when I would click on a folder to move it to another location it would stay solid while I was placing it where I wanted it to go.  Now when I go to move the folder it is like transparant and is driving me nuts.
