If you can't find her info.  You can order it for yourself and when you get it, then give it to her.

in case you want to order it this is the info you need....
for the year you can put 2000
the name of meter now using.. one touch ultra
how long you had the meter   3years
manage diabetes.  diet, pills, execise
mark yes you want to receive more info.

that should get you the meter.
