All I can say is it has nothing to do with your name, Pogo is down for maintenance right now.  Also, you never want to use your Pogo name on a forum such as this because Pogo checks the forums.

I emailed admin and then found a welcome to mybackdoors and was told to come here for any questions I had on the games. I have a problem with the loading of games because it's says "entitlement check failed for user:Userid(23956165). Can someone tell me why I'm getting this message? I have a Pogo account under a different username, could this be the problem and if so, can I change my username here to the one I have with Pogo.com? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
