At Paypal you can use their search menu to help:
Click on Accounts

History> Advanced Search

Search for: heypogopal@yahoo.com in Email

From: (starting date you purchased programs)
To: use current date

click Submit

I paid through PayPal which keeps a history of what you bought, what you need is your transaction ID numbers and BH will replace them but only a couple at a time, unless you have bought the 150 package.  I had mem slot go bad on my MB and needed to replace mine, BH was really good about it.  Good luck

I have read some of the old posts about formating a computer and getting new codes and whatnot, but I can not find the emails I got after getting them. I am getting ready to format my wifes computer (which is pretty old and has never been) and there is no proof of purchase anywhere that I can find. Any suggestions?
