They have always responded to my emails, make sure you put 150 member in the subject line, other then that I can't help you out anymore, maybe Homer or Mayhem can

once you paid, you paid...for any other new ones just use the $5 section on that page to order it.

If you email them and tell them what you did maybe they will work with you

how do you get the password panel mine don't have the new ones on it
