Keep the firewall on.  Do you use norton protection for your popblocker.  If you like you can PM. Only other thing I can think of if you use norton protection that might be stoping it from the javaplugin coming up.  Then you might have to go back to where you had it fix asks them to put the java back in for you with the javaplugin make sure before you leave that test it out in there or show you that javaplugin is in there before you leave the store. Might be something they might have too do.  Not good with computers but I use too have that problem when mine crash when using norton it never let me download the file for javaplugin.  Hope this helps.

I hope this helps you. I found this   http://java.com/en/download/faq/java_plugin.xml      top of the page do a search for java plugin there many answers to help you out.  I hope this helps you.  One more thing do you have your popup blocker on that might be also a question java.com will asks you.

ok i have been here all day and nothing is going right, i have a java problem, i have uninstalled and reinstalled java,, and java tells me i have the latest version and pogo says the same thing in there test,, but i cant play pogo it tells me i need java plug ins, i have windows vista, any suggestions?? any help is appreaciated

Java Problem I had to deleted my aim aol since I don't use it and found that I  have J2SE 5.0 updated 10
and found this also Java 6 TM updated 3, updated 5, updated 7 and updated 11.... Do I need all these java's if I did them will that mess me up from playing on pogo.

I know I download the new updated for the java it seems give me more problems then I use too have.

best buy did the restore, i had to get disc from hp. i had nothing on my puter at all when they did the restore, i have tried to install java and reinstall and i am not getting nowhere, this is really pissing me off, i cant play pogo it tells me that i need java plug ins. (what in the world is that).  what is the latest version of java?? thanks

Did he do a restore from dics. If he did you need to get all the updates,before it will work. If he did a restore from a saved point on his computer, how far back was the date he restored from? Destiny

help please befpre i go insane.. my harddrive went bad and sent it back and they put all new parts in it, now i have it back, i was pplaying pogo the other night (friday) and was plaing fine, now i go tto pogo and it is telling me thati dont have java, so i unstalled. now when they put the retore dics in i now have norton protection. i did not have norton before., well i did but i yook it out an dbought another program and had no problems. do you recommend that  i take norton out an put the other program in then try to reinstall java again??? and what version of java do i need, i have vista and i use IE. any help is appreciated.

So sorry!!!!  That is awful!  :'(( Maybe someone else on the forum who is computer literate can help you, but a similar thing happened when I had Dell, I had to call them and online went into my comp and fixed it.  Good luck...gotta get that Pogo back!!!

Hello..I hope someone out there can help me. My dad is having problems with pogo..Not sure if its pogo or java. He was having problems 3 days ago and did a syatem restore on his computer and now none of the games in pogo will load..I went and looked at it  it will take you to the page that shows all the rooms but when you click a room nothing happens. I tried going to internet explorer and for some reason internet explorer wont load pages either. Not just in pogo nothing will load..Just get a blank white page. I deleted java and tried to reinstall it but on the java page when you click download it goes to a blank page also so i downloaded it manually. I tried to test java from the help page on pogo but when i click to test nothing happens. My dad purchased a registery cleaner from aol and I ran it on his computer and it repaired all errors. It's still not working. Its a dell computer and also the help and support files from dell are blank.I've tried every thing in he help section on the pogo help pages... My dad is going into DT's without pogo   lol     If anyone has any ideas please let me know                    Thanks
