I am pretty sure I mean one of those. And like so many first time posters they have used their Pogo ID - perhaps there should be a reminder when signing up not to do that.

If you request a reset too many times, they will stop allowing it. Then, when you're really needing it reset because oh lets say your computer crashes and you have to redownload your autos, as they say in Russia, you'll be screwedski.
