Hi,

A little over a year ago, I bought the game Word Whomp To Go from Oberon Media.  I've not had much trouble with it until now, as it won't let me transfer my tokens to my Pogo account.  The problem is, I'm getting a connection error, telling me that due to problems with their server or my internet connection, they're unable to credit my account and to try again later.  I've checked my internet connection and it appears to be working as it should, and despite trying again and again to transfer my tokens, I'm still getting the same error message.  I've been in touch with Pogo who have instructed me to contact Oberon Media which I've done, but while I'm waiting for them to get back to me, I was wondering if you guys had any idea why I'm getting this error message, and if you had any suggestions or advice on how to resolve this problem.
