Hmmm....Did you try what Tara said, "sign in to pogo and leave that browser up and then connect to the game"?
That's what I do too when it won't let me connect.
That's all i can think of to do.

thankyou for your reply. yes i am using the same computer and i have cleared out cookies, temporary internet files and the problem still there.

Are you playing on the same computer that you've already played the game on? If not, it could be that you need to let your firewall accept it. What happens when you say connect?  Try clearing all your cookies and stuff, and then sign in to pogo and leave that browser up and then connect to the game and see what happens. Sometimes thats what I have to do to connect.

hi, if someone could help me that would be great. i have bought the new word whomp downloadable game , and after playing it for some weeks, i now cannot "connect" as it says there is a error.
so after days of trying i contacted  pogo, and they send me back a email saying that it is to do with hotmail/msnmail, which i have neither of and crap about me getting a free guess pass to play this game, but i have bought the bloody game. i have contacted them agin about this and they just send me the same email. i can play the game offline but not online, can anyone help? :OO
