Hi I have Nero and havent had that problem. Haave you tried going to there website? If not try there and if you cant get anything Pm me and I will give you some websites that are very helpful with Nero  ;D  believe me when I first got it these sites helped alot.

Please help me somebody... the hubby bought me a dvd burner, I got it installed, it does work. Finally figured out how to covert an avi to an mpeg to burn it off.. Burned it off (wasted 3 blank dvds i might add) anyway, now I have no sound. I can't find anybody to help me, Please, if somebody knows how to convert right, burn right and have audio with the movies.. Please help me.. Step by step instructions would be good.. Oh, I already have the nero 6 and all the plug ins that I think I need, plus I have nero express vision plus I have the Vso DivxtoDvd.. Help!!!  :'(
