delete the program
reboot your pc
run this program http://www.download.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
redownload program from BH and be sure to save it to your desktop

I have the trivia pursuit but I keep getting a error message kxmxzmfcyg.exe message and it won't let me use it.  Don't know what this is. I was using the triviaknowitall right along and now it won't let me use it.  I even deleted it and tried to download it again and that didn't help either so not sure what to do.
